Workout Plan: Dec. 10-17

Christmas is in full swing around here with parties and goodies showing up at the doorway/office almost every day.

It can be very difficult to keep your healthy habits up during this time. Just do the best you can. I'm planning a post for mid-week to give you a game plan to not only survive the holidays, but to thrive!

One way to start is by getting a good sweat on every day. You'll find our plan for the gym this week below. Don't get overwhelmed by it all. Do what you can, even if it is only 1 round of 1 circuit. If you have a little more time, try 1 round of each circuit. If you have a regular workout time set aside, keep it. Honor it. If you don't have a regular time, get your calendar out and schedule in at least 15 minutes. Enlist a buddy for some extra motivation if you can!

Don't go for perfection right now. Aim for consistency.
