Workout Plan: Nov 13-19
As the weather cools down outside, we're heating things up in the gym this week!

I use the workouts listed below as the basic plan and often add an extra element of balance or difficulty since we've been doing these for a while. You can also find the workout of the day and workout variations on the Facebook group site Six Pack Guinea Pigs, so be sure to follow along!
If these workouts feel too overwhelming, try the Trim in 20 series. They are perfect to do in the comfort of your own home with no gym equipment, and they are each about 20 minutes long.
Just make it a point to move at least 20-30 minutes every day. Your body and mind will thank you.
