If you're looking to get fit, look no further!
These gym workouts are exactly what I do.
If you are just beginning, stick with only 1 round per set. In my gym, we do 3-4 rounds of each set, depending on the day and depending on what our bodies are telling us. There are some days that we are on FIRE! And there are other days where we are REALLY glad someone else is there to help us get through the workout. But no matter what, we do something. So, listen to your body. If you need a break, take one, though I suggest still doing something active; just take it down a notch.
If you're looking for some 20-minute at-home workouts for beginners, try the Trim in 20 Program. Just hit play and work out with me in your own home, using only household items for equipment. Trust me, you'll still get a great workout!

Monday: Lower Body Blast #8
Tuesday: Tabata Workout #8
Wednesday: Upper/Full Body Resistance Band Workout
Thursday: Sevens #8
Friday: Superhero Workout
Saturday: Get outside and run, walk, hike, etc. If you need a gym workout, try Torch-er #2.
Sunday: REST DAY! Take a walk or do some Yoga or Pilates.
