Workout Plan: Jan 3-9, 2017
You made it through the holidays!!!!
YAY!!!!!
Now it's time to buckle down and get back into a routine.
If you're like most people, you've made some New Year's resolutions, which may have included getting more fit and/or losing weight. If you follow along with me, you'll have all the workouts you need to get yourself and keep yourself in shape.
You don't need a gym or fancy equipment or a ton of time. Just carve out 20-60 minutes a day and you can get a fantastic workout in every single day. Obviously, you can devote more time to fitness it you want to, but you don't have to.
YOU are worth it.
YOU deserve attention.
YOU are capable of doing this.
And I promise that you will see results as you follow the workouts. You'll get stronger and leaner and more toned if you combine these workouts with a sensible diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables and real whole foods. In the future I will devote more time to healthy eating, but for now I'm focusing on fitness.
