Workout Plan: Jan 14-20
I'm working on a new series of workouts!
I tested some last week with my group and they were great! I've filmed all of them, so now I just need to edit them and get them up here on the website! And I will continue to write up some more as well and get them up as quickly as I can. I don't devote much time to my poor website (obviously), so I'll do what I can.
Since I'm working on some new ones, let me know if there's anything you would like me to focus on or add in!

Tuesday: Cardi Party 1
Wednesday: Upper Body Sculpt #6
Thursday: Cardi Party 2
Friday: Yummy Yoga!!! Check out Yoga by Adrienne on YouTube or any other yogis you may follow. I'll be doing my own yoga flow, making it up on the fly, depending on what we're needing.
Saturday: Get out and do something fun today for at least 30 minutes!
Sunday: Mat Pilates
