Workout Plan: August 21-27

This summer has gone by so quickly!

Sorry I've been neglecting posting workout plans the last month. I've spent the last few weeks traveling with my family, moving my oldest daughter out, and getting my little kids ready for school. Despite all the change and chaos, I always made time to get a workout in. It's a habit I created over 20 years ago, and I've maintained that habit consistently because I always schedule in time for it. It doesn't matter if I'm traveling or just have a busy day; I still take time to move every day. My workout time is sacred to me because it is something I do for me. It is my way of physically and mentally preparing to take on the day.

So if you have a busy week, I challenge you to do just 1 round of each of the workouts listed below. A little of something is always better than nothing. Besides, 1 single round will probably only take you about 10-20 minutes max to complete! You are worth that much time. And your consistent efforts will yield a stronger body and increased health.

What is your favorite time of day to workout?

Mine is first thing in the morning!
