This summer is going by so quickly!
I've been focused on spending time with my family, so posting on here has taken a bit of a back seat. I've still been lifting with my group 3 days a week. I'm including cardio workouts on here, but I am not personally doing them during the summer. I'm taking those days to do speed workouts, Pilates and restorative work as my marathon training ramps up. I'm hoping to run a fall marathon, but I've been injured, so I'm just doing what I can on the elliptical and hoping it'll translate well over to the road.
Do you want to know what I'm doing to train? What injury rehab protocols I'm doing? Would posts/videos about those things be helpful?
I'm never quite sure what you all want to hear, so let me know. I've been posting some of what I'm doing on social media, so be sure to follow me there to see what I'm doing to try to get back to running again!

Thursday: 100 Countdown
Friday: 1000 Rep Workout
Saturday: 30+ min activity outside - enjoy the great outdoors!
Sunday: Take a walk in nature, stretch, roll out and REST!
