Workout Plan: August 20-27


Last week was a bit rough around here. I got sick, so I really didn't do much working out... However, the days I did get out there felt really good.

This week I will keep the workouts short again to ease our way back into a full-blown routine. I also have a marathon coming up, so I definitely don't want to overdo it and have sore legs for this final part of training and recovery!

Most of the workouts this week are from the Trim in 20 Series, so if you're looking at beginning a workout routine and don't know where to start, this is a great way to ease your way in.

Monday: Power of 10 #1

 

Tuesday: Tabata Trimmer 1

 

Wednesday: Arm Workout (with towel or resistance bands)

 

Thursday: Cardio Tone 1

 

Friday: Cardio Blast 1

 

Saturday: 30+ minutes Outdoor Activity

 

Sunday: 25-min Restorative Yoga
