Workout Plan: July 31-Aug 6

This week we are doing a lot of full-body workouts with a lot of compound movements. It's a quick and efficient way to get a great workout and hit all the major muscle groups, so you can spend less time in the gym and more time at the office, playing with your kids, or doing everything else that needs to get done. YAY!!!
