Week 3: Fine Tune Meal Plan
This week may feel a bit tough since it is Easter.
You have been working hard, so stay strong and don't blow your diet. Keep up with your food.
If the "ice cream" is too much, simply reduce the recipe, save the rest for another day in ice cube trays, or have 1-2 servings of fruit. Or have veggies and hummus. Keep it light, clean and simple.
You may have Easter Dinner (or Breakfast, pick ONE) as a "cheat meal." Just set your parameters and don't make yourself sick. I have included some Easter Dinner ideas in the Recipes section that you can share with your family and friends.
