Workout Plan: June 18-24


Rest. It does a body good.

Every now and then it is important to slow down and allow your body to rest and rejuvenate, so I'm going to keep the workouts short this week and add in some restorative Yoga and Pilates.

If you would like a more restorative week, consider swapping out the Monday and Friday workouts with the Monday and Friday workouts in the Trim in 20 Series. They will take the same amount of time but will be less strenuous.

Monday: 20 Min AMRAP Workout

 

Tuesday: 25 Minute Yoga Flow

 

Wednesday: The Towel Arm Workout

 

Thursday: 25-Minute Mat Pilates

 

Friday: 30-Minute Abs, Butt, Legs, & HIIT

 

Saturday: 30+ min Activity of Choice

 

Sunday: 30+ min walk; Yoga Stretch
