Workout Plan: March 18-24


We're dialing back on the difficulty and intensity this week by doing some Trim in 20 Workouts. I originally designed these as a beginner program. It's a great place to start, so if you're new to the workouts, stick with the workouts as they are written.

If you are looking for a bit more intensity or a harder workout, try adding a resistance band or weights to the workouts. We will be adding resistance bands on Monday, Wednesday (or dumbbells), and Thursday. In addition, on Thursday, we will perform each of the exercises for 60 seconds instead of 30 seconds.
