Since a lot of kids are going back to school this week, I know it's a busy time for most moms!  So we're going to keep things short and sweet to get you in and out of the gym (or living room) and on with your busy life!  


These workouts should leave you feeling energized and empowered to conquer anything that comes your way.  We'll save the harder stuff for later and work into that so we don't get too sore!

Monday:  20-min Legs & Booty 

Tuesday:  100 Countdown Workout

Wednesday:  20-min Arm Workout

Thursday:  Roarin' 20's Workout

Friday:  Power of 10 #2

Saturday:  30+ minutes Outdoor Activity

Sunday:  28-min Mat Pilates
