It's Thanksgiving week here in the United States, so it's often a busy time with lots of planning, traveling, and time spent with family and friends.
It can be difficult to stick to your exercise plan and healthy eating. But it is possible! Today I'm going to focus on an exercise plan. Later this week I'll give you some strategies to successfully enjoy Thanksgiving dinner (and day) without over-indulging.
I know it's a busy week, so I'll keep the workouts short so you have plenty of time and energy to do everything else you need to do. If you have more time, you can always add on to the workouts by repeating them. Just make it a point to move every day. Keep your exercise habit on point and you'll bounce back from the holidays more quickly (or maybe even be more motivated to stick to healthy eating habits).
