Weekly Workout Plan: Jan 9-15, 2017

Winter is here in full force!

It feels so good to get a good, sweaty workout in each day, especially while it has been completely DUMPING snow outside almost every day! And the snow keeps coming!

This week I'm going to mix things up a bit and do some full-body routines instead of the traditional Lower Body Blast, Tabatas, Upper Body Sculpt, Sevens, and full body workouts.

I get fitness ADD and I think it's good to keep your body guessing so your muscles keep building in different ways. You'll never get stuck in a rut or a fitness plateau if you keep changing things up. That's why I like to make up my own routines rather than rely on fitness DVD's where I feel like I'm stuck in Groundhog Day, repeating the same things over. And over. And over. And over.

So, if you're up for the challenge, here's what I'm doing this week.

Or, if you prefer to work out with me in real time, head over to my new Trim in 20 Series and try the workouts there. Each workout is only 20 minutes long and is geared towards beginners. Plus, you don't need weights or any sort of gym equipment! If you do them, please leave some feedback on YouTube or email me. I'm testing them out and can change things and add things to future workouts.
