Weekly Workout Plan: Dec 12-18
Christmas is just around the corner, and the onslaught of holiday cheer often hits full force in the form of Christmas parties and goodies everywhere we turn!
So, we're going to combat those goodies with some workouts this week. Every day includes some cardio, but feel free to do a little extra if you'd like. For me, nothing feels as good as a run first thing in the morning to get my body moving and all systems firing.
Make sure to take some time each day for YOU! Giving yourself the gift of movement and exercise each day is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. Better yet, plan to exercise with a buddy who will hold you accountable and help you get your workout in each day!

Monday: Lower Body Blast #2
Tuesday: Tabata Workout #2
Wednesday: Upper Body Sculpt #2
Thursday: Sevens Workout #2
Friday: Full Body Burnout #1
Saturday: 30-60 minutes of any activity of your choice or try the Cardi Party #2
Sunday: Rest Day! 30-60 minutes of walking, yoga or Pilates may feel nice too!
