I am SOOOOOO excited to finally get my webpage up and going!!!
I've been running a blog since October when my friends asked me to help them get six-packs. I began by posting workouts and meal plans (mostly workouts) so that they would know what to do if they couldn't come workout with me.
Word got out, and my feeble, fledgling attempts have led to greater things! This age of information at our fingertips is absolutely incredible! I love what I do, and I am so happy to know that I am helping people all over the world get into better shape!
I know my website at this point is very basic and I don't have very many workouts up yet, but it's a start! I'll be adding content pretty much every single day to get all of the workouts up as quickly as possible, in addition to posting new workouts. So keep checking in!

Troop is a really cool site that allows you to join a Troop and pick wellness challenges of all sorts. A lot of challenges are free, but you can also subscribe and become a member to gain access to EVERYTHING there, including some really great workouts, yoga routines, and more.
