It SURE feels good to be back in a stable workout routine again!  We are killing it in the gym and have the sore muscles to prove it!  There's nothing like a healthy amount of soreness to make you realize how hard you're working... LOL!

We're dialing back on the difficulty and intensity this week by doing some Trim in 20 Workouts.  I originally designed these as a beginner program.  It's a great place to start, so if you're new to the workouts, stick with the workouts as they are written....
